It is applied to all kinds of aluminum castings, stainless steel castings (apparatus, welded structures and forgings) and Zamac (Automotive Industry and Civil Construction). Besides these applications, it is also used in the cleaning of tire molds, glasses, molten iron and other materials which have the need to be cleaned without changing its surface structure or appearance..

Stainless Steel Shot’s treatment guarantees fast finishing processes due to the increase of energy transmission; cost reduction in parts maintenance; elimination of additional cleaning process. It results on shiny surfaces, free from oxidizers waste or contaminants.

It is ecologically correct, as it doesn’t disintegrate itself or become dust. So it’s not harmful to employee’s health and, at the same time, decreases waste quantities thrown on environment.
