The 5^th Brazilian Congress on Manufacturing Engineering  (COBEF) will be held from 14^th to 17^th April 2009, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. It is one of the most important Brazilian events concerning manufacturing engineering and should attend engineers, managers, consultants and academics.

The congress provides discussions about the innovative aspects of engineering applied to production processes, and also other themes such as machining, welding, foundry, etc. The purpose of the event is to improve knowledge through experiences exchange , disclosure of new technologies and promote the development of new business and research projects.
